This fleet probability applies before the airline assigns an aircraft. It does not promise a specific seat, route, or departure.
Next-GenStreaming score is a 0–100 rating across the whole published fleet. It weights each fitted system by fleet share, observed quality, and whether passengers can use it free.
StreamingWe publish 0% only when an airline reports its fleet size and confirms that no next-gen aircraft are flying.
Starlink is flying, but Air France has not published a current equipped-aircraft count.
Starlink is flying, but SAS has not published a confirmed current count.
American has a published current fleet and no next-gen aircraft flying today. Its signed Starlink rollout begins later.
We exclude them from the next-gen denominator and do not rank them as zeros. A row becomes numeric after the airline publishes the missing count.
Some fleets have a confirmed share with streaming-capable WiFi and no published system for the remaining aircraft. We label that evidence Confirmed streaming coverage and keep it separate from Streaming score.
The greater-than-or-equal sign means the share may rise when the airline publishes more fleet detail. The confirmed share cannot fall below the sourced minimum.
We label each figure by source type: measured performance, a public fleet statement, or a vendor specification.
A speed test, latency trace, flight record, or other result came from service during a flight. We include the sample and date because one session cannot represent a fleet.
Performance evidence · source and observation date requiredAirlines, trackers, filings, or dated reporting provide aircraft counts, rollout dates, service terms, and per-tail records. These sources support most fleet odds.

Only Starlink and Amazon Leo enter the numerator. Airlines with an unpublished equipped count remain non-numeric.
Each published fleet segment contributes its weighted points. The rows sum to a 0–100 whole-fleet rating. It answers quality today, not the chance of next-gen.
We name the source and date for each fleet figure.
